I am accepting new clients and always looking for seasoned partners with whom I can collaborate. 1. Specifics.
Please email your requests and the services you need. Include all details of your project and the date you anticipate design work to be complete.
2. Complimentary 1 Hour Meeting.
If your objective requires a face-to-face meeting (or in some cases, a long distance phone call), we will discuss to make sure we are in alignment before moving forward. This meeting time, up to one hour, is free-of-charge (new clients).
3. Estimate + Schedule.
After the meeting, an estimate, creative brief and schedule will be drafted and sent to you via email. Once you approve and all details are squared away, a signed copy and a 30% down payment is required to begin the project.
4. Design.
We will work together through each round to ensure that your needs are met. Most often, in-person meetings are necessary to present the work in between each round. My design process is broken down into several stages: Gather, Discover, Design, Deliver, and Experience.
5. Final Files.
Once all rounds are complete and the work is final, I will provide you with all final file formats, followed by an invoice via Freshbooks.
6. Payment.
Full payment is collected within 21 days.
